VP of Organizational Strategy
Tony Sirna drives organization-wide strategic thinking for Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) and Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL). He supports our long-range planning, helping to clarify organizational priorities and maximize our effectiveness at achieving them. He also helps coordinate immediate efforts to achieve strategic goals, promoting synergies across departments and providing accountability for strategic goals
Before joining CCE in 2014, Tony was the founder of Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage, a sustainability demonstration project in northeast Missouri. As part of that work, Tony has installed solar micro-grids, built strawbale houses, grown vegetables, and educated thousands of people on the nuts and bolts of sustainable living. Tony has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and is trained in meeting facilitation and conflict resolution.
