Support resolution urging Congress to take action on climate change

Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) has introduced a resolution urging Congress to take action on climate change. The resolution is non-binding and only expresses the "sense of the House," but it is another opportunity for us to demonstrate that the political will exists for our government to address climate change.

Right now that political will, as measured by support for this resolution, is looking rather anemic. 

Let's see if we can change that.
