CCL Holds 52 Meetings on Capitol Hill

From June 22-25, CCL volunteers and staff held 52 meetings with House and Senate offices, requesting that they take the lead in the next Congress to pass legislation placing a steadily-increasing fee on carbon with revenue returned to all households.
