Action Team Director
Andrew (Drew) Eyerly serves as an Action Team Director. In his role, he lends a conservative voice and perspective to the organization’s mission while working to recruit, engage, and retain those right of center in the pursuit of a sustainable world. His path to climate advocacy through personal experience is a story that is relatable to many who identify as conservative.
Drew has a Bachelor of Science in both Environmental Management as well as Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to joining Citizens’ Climate Lobby, he served in the United States Army for 12 years as a Preventive Medicine Specialist and as a Medic completing tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Outside of CCL, he has a deep passion for conservation as a sportsman and can be regularly found in the woods or on the water. He is also the Georgia State Lead for a nonprofit that provides outdoor opportunities for veterans and service members to help combat the 22-a-day suicide rate.
Drew is originally from State College, PA but lives in Evans, GA. When he isn’t working, hunting, or fishing, he’s spending time with his three daughters and his dog, Whiskey.
