Executive Director
Ricky Bradley serves as Executive Director at Citizens’ Climate Lobby, where he brings over 13 years of leadership experience building community, supporting volunteers, and strengthening organizational strategy.
He joined CCL in 2012 as a volunteer and steadily took on greater responsibility, serving as a Group Leader, then Regional Coordinator, and eventually moving into senior leadership. Along the way, he helped grow and support chapters across Texas and the Gulf Coast, and spearheaded major initiatives such as Citizens’ Climate University and the Levers of Political Will framework.
As Senior Director of Information Technology, Ricky led projects that enhanced CCL’s operations and volunteer engagement. He oversaw the development of the Action Tracker and Engagement Dashboard, managed a national platform transition, and introduced new ways to measure and understand supporter involvement. His work has helped improve tools, infrastructure, and strategic alignment across the organization.
Ricky lives in Dallas, Texas, with his husband Eric and their dogs Max and Abbie. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and brings a background in media, finance, and entrepreneurship to his work building durable, nonpartisan climate advocacy.
