Volunteer opportunities in Palouse Region, ID

Join the Citizens’ Climate Lobby Palouse Region Chapter

Moscow Idaho and Pullman Washington, Idaho
The Palouse is an agricultural region dominated by the dry-land production of wheat and legumes. Here are some of our participants at the annual Lentil Parade.
The Palouse Chapter of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, established in 2012, encompasses Whitman County, Washington and Latah County, Idaho. Our activities at the national and the local levels reflect the major concerns of the Palouse region:  agriculture, forestry, health, and higher education (we are home to both the University of idaho and Washington State University). The Palouse is represented by Congressional District 1 in Idaho and District 5 in Washington State.

CCL Palouse meets on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7 pm.  In even-numbered months, we meet in Pullman at the Community Congregational Church, 525 NE Campus Avenue,  In oddd-numbered months we meet in Moscow at the 1912 Center's Senior Center, 412 East 3rd St.
Join us! It's easy to find a place to use your talents to support the cause. We may encourage you to stretch yourself and try new things within our supportive community. We also try to have some fun while we work toward a brighter future.
