Pullman, Washington & Moscow, Idaho
The Palouse is an agricultural region dominated by the dry-land production of wheat and legumes. It is also home to both Washington State University and the University of Idaho.
About Our Chapter
The Palouse Region Chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby ( was launched in March 2014 to serve North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We work with legislators in both Congressional District 1 in Idaho and District 5 in Washington State.
Monthly chapter meetings are held alternately in Moscow ID and Pullman WA. See Meetings page for upcoming meeting dates, times, and locations.
We encourage you to join us! It's easy to find a place to use your talents to support the cause. We may encourage you to stretch yourself and try new things within our supportive community. We also try to have some fun while we work toward a brighter future.

We are a positive, hopeful group that works through trust, cooperation, and respect. We are laser-focused on a practical and achievable solution to our carbon dioxide pollution problem: the passage of Carbon Fee and Dividend legislation, the climate change solution economists and climate scientists alike say is the “best first-step” to preventing the worst impacts of a warming world.
