We understand that getting started with a new organization can be daunting, that’s why we’ve made it easy to get you plugged in so you can begin contributing right away.

The Introductory (Intro) Call

CCL's Field Development Director Elli Sparks leads the Intro Call

CCL’s Field Development Director Elli Sparks leads the Intro Call.

A logical starting point for those interested in joining  or hearing more about CCL is the intro call.

  • When: Wednesday nights at 8:00 ET / 7:00 CT / 6:00 MT / 5:00 PT.
  • How: Join by dialing 866-642-1665 & entering the code 440699# when prompted.
  • Why: Learn how you can make a difference by creating the political will for legislation that will wean our nation off the energy sources that are warming our world and changing our climate.

After the intro call, the next step for new CCL volunteers is Climate Advocate Training.

  • When: The 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00 ET  (adjust for your time zone) — except for Nov. and Dec. when training moves to the 1st and 2nd Wednesday of the month.
