Olivia Melonas has worked for Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) and Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) since their 2007 inception. She manages budgeting, cash flow, annual audits, and overseeing all finances for the organizations, both of which have consistently doubled or tripled in size annually. Olivia is also responsible for financial communications with the CCE and CCL board.
Previously, Olivia was a clerk of the U.S. District Court, and worked with CCE/CCL founder Marshall Saunders to facilitate microcredit loans designed to alleviate global hunger and poverty. Olivia received her B.A. in Global Studies from National University and her certificate in nonprofit management from Southwestern College; a trained yoga instructor, she lives in Southern California with her family.
