Climate change solutions in Gainesville, GA

Join the Citizens’ Climate Lobby Gainesville Chapter

Northeast Georgia, Georgia
Lake Lanier Shore Sweep Outreach

The Gainesville, Georgia chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby meets the third Thursday of every month beginning at 6 p.m. and ending no later than 8:00.

We usually meet at The Center Point Counseling Building located on the campus of Gainesville High School, 1050 Elephant Trail 30501.

We begin each meeting with the sharing of food - nothing fancy - fruit, vegetables, nuts, etc. and sometimes pizza.

Our next meeting, 3/19, will be incorporated into the environmental film series we're co-hosting with UNG's Gainesville IESA. The film series began Thursday 2/13. It runs from 6:30 to 9 pm in room 103 of the science building on the Oakwood Campus, 3820 Mundy Mill Rd. It will continue every Thursday evening through April 2 with the exception of 3/26 when the school is on spring break. The film series is free and open to the public, but seating is limited. "Merchants of Doubt" will be shown on 2/27. If you have any questions, please email.
