Citizens' Climate Lobby is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, grassroots advocacy organization empowering people to experience breakthroughs exercising their personal and political power. Our Dallas chapter is just one of hundreds of chapters across the world working to create the political will for a livable world.
We work with ordinary citizens all across the Dallas-Fort Worth area to train them to become effective citizen advocates for effective climate policy like the Energy Innovation Act. We host happy hours and offer in-person volunteer opportunities like tabling all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but also conduct much of our chapter's business virtually. No matter where you are in DFW, we can get you involved!
Attend our general chapter meeting every third Monday at 7pm on Zoom. Meeting info is available on the CCL Community calendar, and will be sent to your inbox prior to the meeting as long as you've joined CCL and are assigned to our chapter.
Our chapter organizes primarily on Slack. If you'd like to get connected to our Slack workspace or generally want to talk to someone about getting involved, please email *protected email* and ask to speak with a welcome volunteer.
