Citizens' Climate Lobby Chapter

The Woodlands

The Woodlands, Texas
CCL volunteers from The Woodlands, Conroe, and Huntsville visit the Conroe office of Rep. Kevin Brady (February 2017)
About Our Chapter
Citizens’ Climate Lobby is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, grassroots advocacy organization empowering people to experience breakthroughs exercising their personal and political power. Our chapter is just one of hundreds of chapters across the world working to create the political will for a livable world.

Our market-based Carbon Fee and Dividend policy will drastically reduce emissions, create jobs, and support small businesses and families — all without growing government.  CF&D is the climate change solution that economists and climate scientists alike say is the “best first-step” to preventing the worst impacts of a warming world.

The CCL chapter in The Woodlands was founded in mid 2015, and we have over 600 members.  Come join us!  Our monthly meetings are on the 2nd Saturday of each month, at 11:30am.  Come join us!

Meeting Venue:
Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC)
8801 Gosling Rd
The Woodlands, TX 77381

Call or email The Woodlands' group leader Bill Bray for more information.

P.S. If Kevin Brady is your congressman (Texas' 8th Congressional District) but you are looking for a chapter elsewhere in this region, there are also active chapters in Conroe
and Huntsville
These chapters work together on many issues since we are all in Mr. Brady's district.
And if you live in Grimes County, a new chapter is planned to start up. Give us a call if you want to be part of the new Grimes County chapter!
