Chief Development Officer

Ashley Skoch is a collaborative social change leader with over a decade of experience in fundraising, grantmaking, and program management for mission-driven organizations. She draws upon a diverse career that has focused on youth and gender issues, economic development, public health, and climate change.

Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Citizens’ Climate Education and Citizens’ Climate Lobby, Ashley is responsible for orchestrating the organizations’ fundraising strategy to meet both immediate and long-term goals.

As Grants and Operations Officer at Seattle International Foundation, Ashley oversaw over $15 million in grants to more than 180 nonprofit organizations in 70 countries. She also served as the Program Manager at Tekojoja Women’s Cooperative, where she drove income-generating opportunities for over 250 women artisans in rural Paraguay. In addition, she has worked at other organizations, including the University of Washington’s International AIDS Research and Training Program, Jumpstart Americorps, and Seattle University.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Biology from Seattle University. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Ashley currently resides in Newberg, Oregon. She spends her free time rock climbing, backpacking, and traveling the world.
